Jim and I had a date to Maggiano’s last weekend for his annual work banquet. Brag alert: Jim was nominated for an award. We had a great time getting dressed up and enjoying a free dinner (nominees and their dates get free tickets to the event).
But I doubt you’re here to read about us… on to JT. He is absolutely addicted to putting shoes on. If there are shoes in his vicinity, watch out, they’re going on his feet – no matter the size.
He is also very interested in riding his Harley around the house, especially now that he can steer and cruise around without a lot of effort. His feet can’t reach the pedals yet, but they’re close. Today Jim took JT to the park and JT got to ride his Harley all the way there. Fun!
JT is also getting really attached to three things: George, blanket, binky. Right around 7:30 (and after nap), he runs and gets those three things… just to have them close by. So the other night we had snuggle time in our bedroom, and I got down my body pillow. He ran and got his comfort devices, and we had a snack and milk on the floor.
Guess who didn’t want to be left out of snuggle time? 🙂
