We spontaneously had Preston, Madi, and Ali over for dinner and games one night while everyone was home (well, except Jim, but everyone else!). It is rare for this to happen between work and college and sports schedules. So dinner for six it was…
And The Farming Game for hours, which ended up being super funny toward the end when Preston drew a card proclaiming that he had to pay operating expenses for the entire year (the last round we played) but collect no income. He then referred to the card as a “Doomsday Card” which JT and Haley thought was hilarious. So the joke went on the rest of the game, getting the same giggles every time. It was pretty funny!
We were at the table together for hours talking, laughing, and loving every minute.
