We were invited to Fort Worden by our friends the Drews for Memorial Day weekend, months ago. They have gone for the past few years with a group of people from local churches and they’ve enjoyed including more friends with young kids over the years, and this year there were two open spots – so the Lees and we went along!
The four days and three nights went by so quickly. The kids enjoyed mountain biking, skateboarding, playing on the beach, hiking in the woods, playing with friends, making s’mores, and more. The adults had fun talking after the kids were in bed 🙂 and enjoying time with our families.
